B-P No.1 Brightner cleans and brightens stainless steel, lifting light surface rust, heat stains, water spotting, and oxidation to restore a bright, uniform finish. It's a lighter-duty treatment than our SS-3 and Wonder Gel pickling products — ideal for finishing work, routine maintenance, and touching up stainless that only needs brightening rather than full descaling.

Use it to restore luster to fabricated, machined, and installed stainless where corrosion resistance and appearance matter. Available from 8 oz up to 55-gallon drums. Made in the USA.

What does B-P No.1 Brightner do?
It cleans and brightens stainless steel — removing light rust, heat stains, water spots, and surface oxidation to restore a bright, uniform finish. It's lighter-duty than pickling products.
Brightner vs. Wonder Gel — which do I need?
Use Wonder Gel (or SS-3) when you need to remove weld heat tint, slag, or scale and passivate. Use B-P No.1 Brightner for lighter cleaning and brightening where the surface just needs to be restored, not descaled.
How is it applied?
Apply to the stainless surface, allow it to work, then rinse thoroughly with water. Wear proper PPE and follow the SDS.
